Intensive agriculture, the excessive use of pesticides and antiparasitics in a world ravaged by climate change are putting Biodiversity and the biological balance of territories under severe strain.\nBees can still contribute to improving the state of the planet but, now more than ever, they need man and they need to be respected.\nWe want to teach the participants the basic ground rules of a modern, ethical, sustainable and respectful Model of Beekeeping that is not merely aimed at the exploitation of these animals, but goes well beyond that and allows us to reap the benefits of the wonderful relationship that can be built with them.\nWho is the Antera Bee Academy course meant for?\nThe A.B.A. course is a true open-air Workshop that was conceived with the aim of being different from any other. As an educatinal method and seeks to bring people together that are convinced and aware of the importance of the Apis Mellifera and its fundamental function in ensuring the Planet’s future.\nFor people who want to take up beekeeping even purely as a hobby, but with the skills of a professional.\nPeople who already have this passion and believe the time has come to make it their primary activity.\nTo people who want to understand and experience the extraordinary world of bees up close, even if only out of curiosity or to increase their wealth of experience.\nWhat is included in the course:\nThe cost of the A.B.A. – Antera Bee Academy course is €590 for anyone who registers by 31/01/2023, which amounts to €59 per day. For further information, all details can be found in the application form.\nA number valuable services are included in the course fee:\nYou will have access to all the teaching materials in the Cloud in order to take up topics that need further study or for routine follow-up.\nYou will become part of the ‘A.B.A.23’ group, through which you can exchange messages with other trainees, keep in touch and continue to share the progress of this project. In addition, if needed, you will have the support of the lecturer who will gladly assist you should you encounter difficult and/or abnormal situations.\nYou will be Anteraìs welcome guest for all lunches during the course days at the Cà Martino farmhouse, at no extra cost.\nYou will be Antera’s welcome guest at the ‘Honey in the Kitchen’ Special Evening with Dinner, at no extra cost.\nAt the end of the A.B.A. Course – Antera Bee Academy – you will be issued with an Attendance Certificate.\n
