DESCRIPTION:First of all, here we are\nwith our annual\nSEED AND KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE  \nSUNDAY, JANUARY 28, 2024\n11 a.m. to 5 p.m.\n\nWHERE????\nat the Equilandia Social Farm\nVia fossa 20 – Matellica – RA  \n(on the Forlì-Cervia highway within walking distance of the E45 – Casemurate)\n\nALL OF THE DAY’S REVENUE, minus expenses, will go toward the ALLUVIONATX FUND RAISING that Soffiditerra and Equal Rights Forlì are pursuing.\nAs always you will find THE Vegan Vessel PANINis, hot soup, a bar with great local products, veg treats all at popular prices.\n\nWE INVITE YOU TO READ WELL THE INDICATIONS THAT FOLLOW and also to communicate them by word of mouth:\n\n– Being a social farm, we ask for the utmost respect for animals and plants and to NOT BRING DOGS.\n– BRING YOUR OWN PLATE AND CUTLERY AND GLASS. Good habit not to waste.\n(There will be opportunity for hot soup and sandwiches–wine, herbal tea and treats). Of course freedom to bring your own picnic.\n– BRING WOOD TO BURN THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN CUT.\n  (To warm up the stables we will set up about 20 braziers where we can burn wood.)\n– BRING YOUR OWN TABLE TO SET UP YOUR STALL .  \n(there will be tables available, but we don’t know if there are enough)\nWARM CLOTHING and boots. Although we have a roof over our heads, we are outdoors.\n\n– EACHUNX IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS OWN JUNK.\n  (we recommend taking it home)\n\n– EACHUNX IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT ADVANCES TO HIM FROM THE EXCHANGE.\n  (leave the place better there as you found it)\n\nRemember that this year the venue has changed!!!\nWHERE IS EQUILAND\nVia fossa 20 – Matellica – RA\n(on the Forlì-Cervia highway within walking distance of the E45 – Casemurate)\n\nTHE SEED SWAP IS A SELF-MANAGED AND SELF-FUNDED EVENT.\nIF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO HELP OUT,\nIS WELCOME !  … both in the setup that will take place the day before,\nboth on Sunday itself ….\n \nWe ask you to pvt us at chiburdeldlacampurela@gmail.com\n\nIf you would like to contribute to the realization of this important event\n \nASAP!!!!\nChi burdèl dla campurèla\n\nHere are the guidelines of this important and fundamental initiative through some key words:\nSeed, exchange and gift, storytelling and transmission of stories and knowledge, active participation and support\nSeed\nEverything revolves and wants to revolve around the seed and Nature.\nIt is, and wants to be, the place of exchange.\nThat is why for years we have chosen not to be the place where markets or spaces for promoting personal activities are organized, although we understand their value and importance.\nNot to shift focus and attention, to direct all energies around the story of seed and life, that tiny thing capable of generating something immense.\nExchange, gift\nFor a well-measured and thought-out choice, there should be no sale or personal coin revenue around the seed.\nEach seed can be either traded or donated: you can exchange seeds for other seeds or cuttings, or barter for some self-produced food, or in exchange for time and help…or simply with a smile…\nNo one on this occasion can receive money for their seeds…and if anyone really wants to make a voluntary financial offering, then they are invited to put them in the offering pot for self-funding activities around the seed exchange, which you will always find at the entrance.\nMoney circulates spontaneously to support collective rather than individual actions.\nStorytelling and transmission of stories and knowledge\nHidden in the gesture of exchanging the seed is another gesture that is equally important for it to continue to live: it is the partica of storytelling. The passing of seeds between hands goes inescapably through the sharing of their characteristics, soil and growing techniques, but above all through the transmission of their history, where they came from and around them what happened, in homes, in dishes, in markets, in the landscape…\nActive participation and support\nThe seed swap is a self-managed, self-organized and voluntary event.\nThe first volunteer action, made up of care and attention, methodologies and observations, is in the fields and gardens. Without farmers and enthusiasts of all backgrounds and entities who choose to grow local, organic, non-hybrid varieties and preserve their seed, seed exchange could not exist.\nFrom the gardens the seed’s journey continues with the intention of reaching as many people as possible and to secure Life, just as Nature does, and as Wind or as insects, we have the task of dispersing seeds.\nWithout everyone’s active participation, this event could not exist nor continue over time.\nWithout the desire to get to know and support each other, the network itself would weaken, because like roots, relationships also need nurturing, and just as Nature does, which sustains and embraces, so too does the exchangeiosemi integrate the will to support those realities that work for social and community.\nThank you for sharing and supporting!\nChi burdèl dla Campurèla\n \n
