DESCRIPTION:THE BREAD FAIR\nThe Bread Fierucola returns to SS Annunziata Square on Saturday, Sept. 6, to highlight the figure of the farmer-baker who makes bread from his own grain.\nNEW: This year’s edition will be mainly focused on the educational aspect of healthy eating and  theguide to eating “good bread.”\nThere will be some food and craft booths in the square, but the focus of the event will be:\n\nconferences,\npresentation of books for healthy eating\nsupply chain projects with tastings\nfamily baking workshops\nworkshops for kids\nexhibitions\n\nwho will alternate from morning to afternoon in dedicated facilities.  \nThe day will end with music and singing.\nAll these initiatives will be open to the public and participation is free.\nWE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU IN PZA SS.
