DESCRIPTION:The meeting will have a practical approach, as part of the COPASUDI project, which is aimed at the adoption in Piedmont, through cultivation, processing and use, of a soya population with low anti-nutritional factors, in an organic regime. \nPROGRAMME (temporary):\n9 a.m. welcoming and registration of participants\n9.30 a.m. presentation of the project of the day’s activities\no10 a.m. field visit to the soybean plots\nsoybean fields\n12 noon presentation of tools used for cultivation\n1 p.m. lunch(1)\n3 p.m. visit to the farm’s herds\n4 p.m. presentation of the equipment used with animal traction\n5 p.m. discussion of agronomic problems in soya cultivation using organic techniques by Prof. Miceli of the University of Udine\n6.30 p.m. closing remarks\n \nParticipants in the project’s G.O. will be present\nParticipation in the meeting is free of charge, subject to booking by 12 July at copasudi@gmail.com\n\nfurther information on the project: Soia | ASCI (sitoasci.wixsite.com)\n\n\n(1) a bag lunch will be provided, who would like to have lunch in a restaurant and/or would like to stay overnight are urged to inform us as soon as possible.\nlocandina copasudi\n\n
