The meeting will have a practical approach, as part of the COPASUDI project, which is aimed at the adoption in Piedmont, through cultivation, processing and use, of\u00a0a soya population<\/b>\u00a0with low anti-nutritional factors, in an organic regime. <\/span><\/div>\n

12 noon presentation of tools used for cultivation<\/span><\/div>\n

3 p.m. visit to the farm’s herds<\/span><\/div>\n
4 p.m. presentation of the equipment used with animal traction<\/span><\/div>\n
5 p.m. discussion of agronomic problems in soya cultivation using organic techniques by Prof. Miceli of the University of Udine<\/span><\/div>\n
