What will be the position of the new national government?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A decision by the European Union&#8217;s Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Animal Feed (PAFF) to extend for one year the authorization for glyphosate that expires next Dec. 15 has been postponed by another month. The meeting last Oct. 14 lacked a favorable qualified majority to grant a one-year extension for the use of this pesticide.
