We advise you to keep your messages in order: in good order those accepted and confirmed and in archive those expired or declined. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To keep track of your correspondence you have several tools at your disposal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udff0 You can filter your messages by “Status” to easily find unread or unanswered messages, so you have a quick look at recently arrived communications and can respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd32You can also use the filter regarding “Visit Stage” to identify requests still pending, as well as those accepted, confirmed, declined, or canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All messages also come to your personal inbox (the one with which your profile is registered) but taking some time to check messages directly on the site helps to avoid problems.You can keep track of your confirmed, scheduled visits by going to the “Visits” page, which is available on your profile when you log in via a browser. When requests are accepted<\/h4>\n\n

Once an exchange about mutual motivations and expectations has been established, verbal agreement is not enough<\/strong>: it is essential to accept the request to let WWOOFer know your willingness to host. Click “Accept”<\/strong> in the colored band at the bottom of the conversation. <\/p>\n\n

The WWOOFers confirmation<\/h4>\n\n

Once the request has been accepted, it\u2019s the WWOOFer\u2019s turn to provide final confirmation. Once this step is complete, the agreement is formally finalized, the visit dates are considered definitive, and the visit will appear on the dedicated page. If a WWOOFer does not confirm a request that you have already accepted, it is because they have not yet made a decision about their stay. In this case, do not assume they will arrive; instead, ask them to confirm or cancel the visit. <\/p>\n\n

How to file a request or change dates <\/h4>\n\n

Over time, messages accumulate and reading them can become complicated if you don’t adopt some small strategies. Inside each message are three vertical dots<\/strong> in the upper right from which you can access a box of commands to change dates, leave a testimonial, archive the message, or flag the member if there is a need. <\/p>\n\n

In your message box you can search filtered<\/strong> by name or visit status, and also you can find unread or unanswered messages, pending, accepted\/confirmed, or declined\/cancelled requests.<\/p>\n\n
