We advise you to keep your messages in order: in good order those accepted and confirmed and in archive those expired or declined. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To keep track of your correspondence you have several tools at your disposal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udff0 You can filter your messages by “Status” to easily find unread or unanswered messages, so you have a quick look at recently arrived communications and can respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd32You can also use the filter regarding “Visit Stage” to identify requests still pending, as well as those accepted, confirmed, declined, or canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All messages also come to your personal inbox (the one with which your profile is registered) but taking some time to check messages directly on the site helps to avoid problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When requests are accepted<\/h4>\n\n

Once we have established an exchange about mutual motivations and expectations, we ask you to accept the request to notify WWOOFer of your willingness to host. You simply click on “Accept” in the dark band at the bottom of the conversation.<\/p>\n\n

Once the request is accepted, it is the WWOOFer’s turn to give the final confirmation. With this step also done, the agreement is formally concluded and the visit dates are to be considered final. If the WWOOFer does not confirm a request that you have already accepted, it is because he or she has not yet made a decision on whether to stay. In this case, do not take his arrival for granted and solicit confirmation or cancellation of the visit from him. <\/p>\n\n

How to file a request or change dates <\/h4>\n\n

Over time, messages accumulate and reading them can become complicated if you don’t adopt some small strategies. From the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner you can access a box of commands to change dates, leave a testimonial, archive the message, or flag the member if there is a need.<\/p>\n\n

As you see in the image below, from the Filters icon you can have the window open to search by name, by status, and by stage of the visit. In the same window you can find unread or unanswered messages, pending, accepted\/confirmed or declined\/canceled requests. <\/p>\n\n
