For appointments you confirm, let the person waiting for you know the date and time of your arrival as soon as possible. <\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Have you already sent several requests, and is your inbox getting cluttered? Here are our tips on how to keep it organized.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-e742f17d wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"color:#8b6a41;background-color:#f2e8d1\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend that you keep your messages organized: keep the accepted and confirmed ones in a prominent place, and archive the expired or declined ones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several tools available to help you keep track of your correspondence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd0dYou can search by hostname to find messages you&#8217;ve exchanged in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0fYou can also use the \u201cVisit Stage\u201d filter to identify requests that are still pending, as well as those that have been accepted, confirmed, declined, or canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udfe0You can also filter your messages by \u201cStatus\u201d to easily find unread or unanswered messages, so you can quickly see your most recent messages and respond promptly to all requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2611\ufe0fAll messages are also sent to the email address you used to register, but taking a few moments to check your messages on the site will help you stay on top of things more easily.<br\/><br\/>You can keep track of your confirmed, scheduled visits by going to the \u2018Visits\u2019 page, which is available in your profile when you log in via a web browser. On the same page, you can also view an archive of past visits. If the host lets you know they\u2019re willing to host you, remember that <strong>a verbal agreement isn\u2019t enough<\/strong>: it\u2019s essential that your request be formally accepted by the host by clicking \u201cAccept\u201d in the message. If the host does not complete this step, the request will remain marked as \u201cPending.\u201d In this case, politely ask them to accept it.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the host has accepted your request, it\u2019s up to you to give final confirmation by clicking \u201cConfirm.\u201d Once this step is complete, the agreement is formally finalized, and you\u2019re both considered committed. In this case, the visit will appear on <a href=\"https:\/\/org.wwoof.it\/en\/2026\/06\/wwoofers-an-entire-page-dedicated-to-visits\/\">the dedicated page<\/a> on your profile.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask that you cancel any appointments you ultimately decide not to keep.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The message archive<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As time goes by, messages pile up, and it can become difficult to read them unless you use a few simple strategies. You can add or remove messages from the archive using the commands in the panel that opens when you tap the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the image. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the same box, you&#8217;ll find the tools to change the dates of your request, leave a review of your experience, and report the member if necessary.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, you can search by name, status, and visit phase to find unread or unanswered messages, as well as pending, accepted\/confirmed, or declined\/canceled requests.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send a second request to a host <\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your first request was unsuccessful, or if you&#8217;ve completed your first stay with a host and want to submit a new request, <strong>you&#8217;ll be taken to the same page as your previous conversation<\/strong>: this isn&#8217;t an error!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Simply replace the dates used in the previous request with the new ones<\/strong>.
