style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">semiLEGAL is the Rural Seeds Network newsletter dedicated to seed legislation and policies<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">which facilitates our critical reading of the proposals and accompanies us in updating us on negotiation deadlines.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Starting in September, Rural Seeds Network will organize outreach events on the topic<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In the meantime, it is useful to stay
