I have with my brother a farm of about 30 ha with also an accommodation for 10 beds in Localit\u00e0 Castilenti 20km from Pescara.<\/p>\n\n

From the beginning we have converted the farm to organic and green regime with organic production and electricity partly produced with clean energy (photovoltaic.solar panels and heat pumps)<\/p>\n\n

A few years ago we intended to lease part of our farm to people who wanted to develop an idea of an educational farm and riding stables with a focus on land values and education to respect natural resources.<\/p>\n\n

The rental portion of the property will be available from February 2024: it consists of a rural building in good repair, a barn, and land ranging from a minimum of 2 up to 4 ha. Rental arrangements are to be agreed upon in relation to the quality of the project: good and serious synergy with the overall project could give rise to a free loan agreement.<\/p>\n\n

The area offers great opportunities for its beauty as you can see in the photos <\/p>\n\n
