We receive and gladly publish the report by Marianngela on the day in Cereglio that was well attended by people interested in sharing reflections and input on the topic of mutuality.<\/p>\n\n

On Sunday, February 16, 2025, we found ourselves at the La Vignola Hostel in Cereglio (Bologna), in a day ofmeeting between the Mag6<\/a> social base, the Open Fields Association<\/a> network (hereafter CA) and the people who animate ReteAppenninica<\/a> (hereafter RA).<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Through the “Theory of Change”<\/strong> elaborated over the past months, the participatory processthrough which Mag6 and CA planned and put into practice the Mutual Aid Pact<\/strong> was highlighted, starting in particularfrom the needs and goals of both realities: preconditions <\/strong>(what needs to happenfirst), inputs<\/strong> (what do we put?), activities <\/strong>(what do we do?), outputs <\/strong>(what results do we generate?), outcomes<\/strong>(what change do we generate in the target group?) and finally impact <\/strong>(what system change do we generate?).<\/em><\/p>\n\n

After this articulate presentation, the many people in attendance divided into three groups to proceed with the “World Caf\u00e9,”<\/strong>an effective method of initiating lively informal conversations by dividing the discussion into three thematic areasaddressed during the Mag6 – CA course:<\/em><\/p>\n\n
