in this edition of CHEESE<\/strong><\/a> could not miss a number of lectures, meetings, and discussions dedicated to the stranglehold that the Ministry of Health wanted to give to a long-established mode of cheese production based on respect for the nutritional values of milk, the animals that produce it, and the environment that hosts them. As can be seen from the program, the issues underlying the enormous benefits that small-scale farming brings to the environment, mostly in disadvantaged and marginal areas, are addressed: the stable meadows, the bees that enjoy them, the health of a world rich in microorganisms, a world of knowledge that unfortunately administrators often tend to underestimate or worse to misunderstand in order to ideologically follow other paths.The closing day features the debate “Raw milk cheeses, what to do?”<\/strong><\/a> which can be accessed by reservation. <\/p>\n\n

A strong presence of organized producers is reported in the network Raw Milk 4 Life<\/strong><\/a> who have prepared a poster<\/strong><\/a> and organized for Sunday 21<\/strong> two appointments<\/p>\n\n
