The program includes the opening of the farmers’ market at 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m. opening of the exhibition “The Holy Table” with ceramic reproductions of Apulian ritual foods made by master Agostino Branca, 7 p.m. panel discussion on peasant agriculture, 8 p.m. opening of “Osteria biodiversa,” 9:30 p.m. live Luigi Bruno quartet.
