WE BIND – Building Community around Bread.
Free course in *constructing* a *furnace* from *fired clay*.
We will learn:
🔥How to know the composition of the earth through simple tests
🔥How to build the oven by starting with a refractory brick base and kneading with hands and feet
🔥How to use the oven to bake bread, pizza and more!
🧤We recommend that you bring gloves, work clothes and shoes, bucket, hammer and trowel, packed lunch.
The firing of the kiln will take place the following weekend *SUN JULY 7*.
