Apulian Biodiversity Week

by Apulia Region, DiSSPA UNIBA, and Apulian research organizations and universities working on the

biodiversity

“Apulian Biodiversity Week-Agriculture, Food and Environment” is the sociocultural festival dedicated to the agrobiodiversity of Apulia. Now in its seventh year, this year’s
Week is proposed with a large binder of events-more than 200 in past editions-stories, stories and experiences on “Biodiversity and Food.”
Since 2017, the event has been a pivot and spokesperson for experiences dedicated to the agrobiodiversity of Apulia. On the one hand, it proposes to companies, research organizations, associations and whatnot
to join the festival by nominating events (guided tours, tastings, workshops, laboratory activities, etc.) to be included in the program of the event and, on the other hand, promotes these activities to Apulian citizens and schools of all levels.
For the 7th edition, the Week is enriched with “The Words of Food,” three talks and a play, promoted by the Terra! Association with the participation of Fabio Ciconte, Sabrina Giannini, Lorenzo Biagiarelli and Alberto Grandi, among others.
