We want to provide an opportunity to learn through practice and by participating as part of the team working on the farm. The main activities will be:

production of seedlings in the nursery

market garden planning

preparation of flowerbeds

transplants

land management and development

Prevention and management of weeds, diseases and harmful insects

management of an agroforestry system

harvesting and preparation of vegetables

marketing and sales

communication and teamwork

The offer includes in-house housing and food, plus a monthly expense reimbursement of 150 euros.

We are looking for someone* who:

is highly motivated*

Appreciate physical work outdoors

wants to gain experience to possibly then leave with his project or contribute in other projects

appreciate rural life in its simplicity

Is able to work both independently and as part of a team

be dynamic* and enthusiastic

Has a desire to train on market garden and regenerative agriculture in a micro farm

Has already experienced volunteer work and is looking to deepen his knowledge and skills

speak Italian and/or English.
