With in-depth study of bovine

On March 20, 2026, a course on the feeding and nutrition of sheep, goats and cattle, with an in-depth focus on the latter, will be held at Agriturismo Lou porti located in Borgata levata 14 A- Monterosso Grana by Dr. Elia Marabotto, a veterinarian. The day is aimed primarily at farmers with the goal of increasing their knowledge on the topics covered so that they can feed their animals with awareness and respect for their ethology and well-being. The topics covered will be as follows:

• Animal needs and the grass cycle;
• Foods;
• practical hay comparison workshop where each farmer is invited to bring his own hay;
• Principles of rationing and ration cost.

The participation fee is 50 euros (including lunch).
