THE BREAD FAIR
The Bread Fierucola returns to SS Annunziata Square on Saturday, Sept. 6, to highlight the figure of the farmer-baker who makes bread from his own grain.
NEW: This year’s edition will be mainly focused on the educational aspect of healthy eating and theguide to eating “good bread.”
There will be some food and craft booths in the square, but the focus of the event will be:
- conferences,
- presentation of books for healthy eating
- supply chain projects with tastings
- family baking workshops
- workshops for kids
- exhibitions
who will alternate from morning to afternoon in dedicated facilities.
The day will end with music and singing.
All these initiatives will be open to the public and participation is free.
