3:45- 5:15 p.m. Reportage from the documentary Food Coop and presentation Mesa Noa

5:30-7 p.m. The agribusiness sector in Sardinia between import dependence, rural abandonment and projects to reuse farmland for energy. Dialogues by Daniela Spano (Agris), Debora Porrà (Mayor of Villamassargia), Maurizio Onnis (Mayor of Villanovaforru), Emilio Ghiani (University of Cagliari), moderated by Francesco Missoni.

7:30 p.m.-9 p.m. Documentary screening The Challenge: the climate crisis and the agroecology response in the Sahel, presentation by Susanna Debenedetti (Deafal). This will be followed by a discussion on “Food policies and the role of the peasant economy in Africa.” Dialogues: Piero Confalonieri (Terra Nuova), Maurizio Mulas (University of Sassari); Moderator: Paola De Meo.

9:30 pm Closing in music with DJ set by Maurizio Fois.

Global Citizenship Education: what an opportunity for more supportive and inclusive societies

. Exchange of experiences among Sardinian actors involved in projects in the environmental sector within the framework of the Education for Global Citizenship (ECG ) Call for proposals, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (aics). Representatives from Osvic, Terra Nuova, CISV Sardegna, AICS and the Autonomous Region of Sardinia will be present.

Afternoon

3:30- 4:30 p.m. Screening of the documentary: “From Scraps Nascon Treasures” by Cada Die Theater.

4:30-5:30 p.m. Discussion around the book “Our food. For the food sovereignty of Sardinia“. Fabio Parascandolo (geographer), Maurizio Fadda (agronomist). Paola De Meo presents.

5:30-6:30 p.m. “Monte Urpinu in Cagliari, a virtuous path: from extractive quarry, to illegal dump, to food forest,” Paolo Erasmo and Sandra Marcias, AmiciNaturalmente Association, talk.

6:15-8:30 p.m. Screening of the documentary Mesa Noa by Daniele Atzeni

8:30 p.m. Closing party with participatory music by Sonheros – Musica callejera(curated by Rinaldo Pinna).

Also active for the duration of the Festival will be Mesa Noa’s Sa Bèrtula Lab creative sewing and recycling workshop , as well as an exchange and gift point for clothing and objects
