HORTICULTURE IN PERMANENT SYSTEMS FOR MAXIMIZING THE WATER RESOURCE
This course is devoted to the planning and design of a permanent horticultural system, with emphasis on the climate change perspective. The day will take place mostly outdoors, showing participants the work done in the Triboli Farm agroforestry system.
Theoretical part, devoted to planning and designing a vegetable garden in times of climate chaos, with adaptation strategies;
Practical part, devoted to working with survey tools and contour lines.
