You can attend the single day but full attendance is recommended
On Saturday and Sunday lunchtime, tasty recipes based on wild HERBS will be served.
The course consists of a walk during which you will recognize wild herbs for food use and wild medicinal plants.
Information on the culinary use and herbal properties of herbs and notions of ethnobotany, food traditions, myths and legends of some plants will be provided.
We will taste some culinary preparations with the harvested herbs.
On Saturday and Sunday afternoon we will make a personal herbarium with examination of current and traditional uses.
Comfortable clothing and shoes, pocket knife, canvas bag to hold herbs or basket is recommended.
A certificate of attendance will be issued.
