THE FAIR OF TEXTILE ARTS – This year’s theme: the yellow color of the sun!

The highly anticipated Textile Arts Fair, a sustainable textile supply chain market featuring farmers, dyers, weavers and tailors from all over Italy, returns to St. Croix Square. The square will also feature genuine agri-food products-novo oil, sourdough bread, cheese from open pastures, processed- handicrafts-vegetable-tanned leather, soaps, baskets, ceramics-. Workshops, children’s workshops, loom demonstrations are scheduled. Participation is free of charge. For the various workshops see the program (starting at 10:30 a.m.)

Among the new features:

• Saturday 2 11 a.m.: arts and crafts parade organized by Manitese

• “Tramando” magazine with articles on natural fibers, dyeing recipes, weaving lessons and more
