WWOOF Italy members meet
from September 27 to 29
at the Il Rosmarino farm in Marcon, (VE).
We look forward to seeing you at the WWOOF gathering Sept. 27-29 in Marcon (VE): all members who want to participate actively and continuously in the running of the association are invited. You will be able to join a group that is consolidating in intentions and practices
Almost twenty years have passed since the figure of the coordinator was born in WWOOF Italy, as a liaison between the association and the territories and a point of reference for the members of the various zones.
Over the years, from this group has come the support for the organization of initiatives, the energy to imagine new visions, the network of human relationships that has made participation in WWOOF something more than just the exchange between hosts and WWOOfers.
It is now time to rethink together this very important role, to relaunch activities and participation in the territories: therefore, the presence of those in WWOOF Italy who plan to continue to contribute their time and energy will be important.
The Board Community will already be meeting at the Il Rosmarino farm from Thursday afternoon to provide continuity in its work: those from the upcoming meetings who would like to be part of it can contact the Board to indicate their interest.

As for food and lodging , we will be hosted by Pierfrancesco, Cristina and Olga of Il Rosmarino in Marcon (Venice).
It is useful for you to confirm your participation as soon as possible in order to allow the staff to better organize available dormitories and logistics. It is necessary to bring a sleeping bag so as not to burden our host’s laundry management.
There is plenty of room for those who would like to come in a tent or RV. You can indicate this on the registration form.

The nearest public transportation stop to Rosmarino is Mestre, about a 15-minute drive from the farm.
