From Feb. 27 to March 2, the ANNUAL MEETING of WWOOF Italy members will be held.
at the facilities of
Villa Prelato, Fano (PU).
We meet again in Fano, in what has now become a traditional appointment for those who follow WWOOF Italy. We will take stock of the past year, see together the prospects for the new one, with important budget news to share. Three days of comparisons and conviviality, to witness that the gradual growth of WWOOF Italy is not only in numbers but above all in the sense of community and the desire to participate

We continue a collective brainstorming on this central role in WWOOF Italy, starting from the work done at Rosemarino farm in the fall

WWOOF Italia Members’ General Assembly
- Presentation of budgets (final 2024 and budget 2025) and vote
- Renewal of the Board of Arbitrators
- Statutory Adjustment
Afternoon from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Announcement of the winners of the call
“They grow up with us”
The five winners of the contribution will present their projects, funded by WWOOF Italy over the next three years
Subsistence farming
and cash crop farming
A circle, by the Good Practices group, to compare different approaches and reason about sustainability and issues
Volunteering within the association
Discussion on how volunteer members of WWOOF Italy can contribute to the performance of the association’s functions by working alongside the staff.
Traditional hearty peasant dinner amid chatter and good humor

Farmers’ Market
WWOOF Italy
and fair of related projects and realities.
A small fair of interesting initiatives from WWOOF Italy and other associations concerned with community, sustainability and ecology, will flank the usual market of our farmerproducts, seed exchange with booths.
Short thematic lectures
During the morning we will have a chance to talk about:
-News on the seed law: by Rural Seeds Network
-Presentation of Farmers’ Magazine
-Civic uses: by Felice
- For those who prefer it, it will be possible to stay overnight in a tent.
- The kitchen staff will prepare the meals
- Volunteer shifts will be shared for the management of cleaning, canteen service and dishes.
- Participation is free! Anyone who wants can contribute with a free offer

You can walk to the meeting place. You can ask for any info in the registration form.

Arrive at Fano station. We will organize a shuttle service or you can then reach us on foot in about 1 hour.
