Networking, a winning gamble

Another key ingredient that made this project possible is the strength of collaboration: «In the setting up of the project, we found ourselves in the right place at the right time. We must admit that it was partly luck but the real difference was the value we placed on this initiative, which aims first and foremost to promote the territory. To achieve this, one of the things we repeat to ourselves from the beginning is the importance of not shutting oneself off. In small mountain villages, the main risk is to be left alone and after several years you end up abandoning your project. This is why it is important to communicate with the existing realities».
