WWOOF Italia is an association and has some distinctive traits that will be described on the org.wwoof.it website
For example, membership is only possible on an individual basis; volunteers are covered for WWOOFing activities by an insurance policy which is paid for by the association, and reimbursement of membership fees, once the data has been entered in the official official register of members, is no longer possible, etc.
