In Piedmont good news for producers

Ministerial guidelines for raw milk products will be modulated, in Piedmont, to make them practicable especially for small businesses. This was explained by Bartolomeo Griglio, director of the Region’s Health Directorate, during a conference at Cheese, the food and wine festival held in Bra (Cuneo).

There was great anticipation among Piedmont producers as to what measures will be taken by the Piedmont Region, even in light of very strict determinations made earlier by the Autonomous Province of Trento and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
