How to properly use communication channels
At the end of an experience with a host you can leave a comment on their profile to briefly tell how your WWOOF experience together went. Public testimonials are used to give pointers to other members about the positive experience with between members or any minor difficulty encountered.
When you write your feedback remember that the WWOOF platform has its own ethics.
➡️ Public feedback to be effective and respect the spirit of association must be concise, neutral and not offensive in any way. It is useless to dwell on details, especially when you want to express your disappointment.

☑️Our staff will provide initial support and inform the Board so that it can take action as outlined in WWOOF Italy’s internal rules.
