The wild pharmacy: the wonderful world of wild, food and healing plants
The course consists of a walk during which you will recognize wild herbs for food use and wild medicinal plants.
Information on the culinary use and herbal properties of herbs and notions of ethnobotany, food traditions, myths and legends of some plants will be provided.
Some delicious culinary preparations with wild herbs will be enjoyed at lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday and Sunday afternoons we will make ourown herbarium.
