All indications are that the current crisis of the system will give rise to a transition that will see digitization and genetic manipulation impose themselves as the solution to production and environmental problems, i.e., that agriculture 4.0 called “precision” and touted as “sustainable innovation,” endlessly repeating the deception of the green revolution first and the green-economy later.
