Able to independently organize our kitchen

We are a small farm with an adjoining farmhouse in the Ligurian Apennines, with 30/40 seats.

Our offer of administration concerns the cuisine of the peasant tradition and the Ligurian cuisine and various contaminations.

We are looking for someone who has sufficient experience to independently organize our kitchen.
