To report particularly bad experiences, it is best to write directly to staff@wwoof.it or in an emergency call 351 0810820.
The staff will provide initial support and inform the Board so that it can provide for the implementation of the protocol outlined in WWOOF Italia’s internal rules.

Unfortunately, Somebody’s needs were not in tune with the spirit and organization of the place. Despite the directions they received, Somebody without talking about it carried out some activities in their own way , sometimes even causing financial damage. They repeatedly ignored the shared rules. Although warned about the isolation of the place and the drudgery of some seasonal work, they did not communicate their food and health needs. Warned of the ‘inability to use an accommodation they continued to use it despite reminders not to do so. They called another WWOOFer stupid for no apparent reason. I think they will do better in a more comfortable, less wild setting with jobs more akin to his needs.
