– Notice for the administrative concession of the complex of buildings in the locality of i Diacci in the municipality of Palazzuolo sul Senio (FI) and adjoining land, within the regional forest complex “Giogo Casaglia.”

The lot consists of a main building on 3 floors for sq. m. 726 + former barn building on 2 floors for sq. m. 162 + multipurpose room and warehouse for sq. m. 161 + about 3.7 hectares of land.

There is also a bivouac intended for free use by hikers.

The deadline for the notice is 12 noon on September 18, 2025.

– Notice for the administrative concession of land and buildings in Collinaccia-Moscheta in the municipality of Firenzuola (FI), within the regional forest complex “Giogo Casaglia” .

The lot consists of a main building and two outbuildings in a poor state of repair in the locality of Collinacce + four separate units all in a poor state of repair in the locality of Casetta di Rocco + two units in a poor state of repair (Capanno and Chiesino) + about 168 hectares of mostly wooded land.

The deadline for the notice is September 12, 2025 at 12:00 noon .
