All is fine and well as long as the appointments are in order. What happens if you find yourself without enough beds for everyone during the replenishing of wood and alone for the grape harvest?
We advise you to keep your messages in order: in good order those accepted and confirmed and in archive those expired or declined.
To keep track of your correspondence you have several tools at your disposal.
🟰 You can filter your messages by “Status” to easily find unread or unanswered messages, so you have a quick look at recently arrived communications and can respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
🔲You can also use the filter regarding “Visit Stage” to identify requests still pending, as well as those accepted, confirmed, declined, or canceled.
All messages also come to your personal inbox (the one with which your profile is registered) but taking some time to check messages directly on the site helps to avoid problems.

When requests are accepted
Once an exchange about mutual motivations and expectations has been established, verbal agreement is not enough: it is essential to accept the request to let WWOOFer know your willingness to host. Click “Accept” in the colored band at the bottom of the conversation.
the WWOOFers confirmation
Once the request is accepted, it is the WWOOFer’s turn to give the final confirmation. With this step also done, the agreement is formally concluded and the visit dates are to be considered final. If the WWOOFer does not confirm a request that you have already accepted, it is because he or she has not yet made a decision on whether to stay. In this case, do not take his arrival for granted and solicit confirmation or cancellation of the visit from him.
How to file a request or change dates
Over time, messages accumulate and reading them can become complicated if you don’t adopt some small strategies. Inside each message are three vertical dots in the upper right from which you can access a box of commands to change dates, leave a testimonial, archive the message, or flag the member if there is a need.
In your message box you can search filtered by name or visit status, and also you can find unread or unanswered messages, pending, accepted/confirmed, or declined/cancelled requests.
