In Umbria, in the hills between Orvieto and Todi, we have a farm where we breed about 45 dairy goats. All the milk is processed in the farm’s cheesemaking dairy. We also have a small herd of Cinta Senese pigs as well as a courtyard and vegetable garden for our own use.
