Today, 11 October, a closed session of the Council of European Agriculture Ministers is being held in Luxembourg, where they will also discuss the state of progress of the National Strategic Plans (NSP) that each Member State will have to draw up by next January for the utilisation of the funds of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) post-2022, which will commit 32% of the EU budget with approximately 400 billion euros, of which 38 billion euros are to be allocated to Italy.
