“Three women united by their love of nature have created the Selvatica per Natura project. They are a farmer, Federica Albanese Ruffo, a baker, Silvia Grilli, and a foraging consultant, Sascia Trevisan. They are also united by belonging to an area, Tuscia, where they all gravitate for life and work. They know each other because each took an interest in what the other was doing and somehow “recognized” each other. Selvatica per natura is a project in progress, with a strong female imprint and linked to the themes of regenerative agriculture and nature understood as a place of exchange and not only of supply.”
