Communities coming together
We receive and gladly publish the report by Marianngela on the day in Cereglio that was well attended by people interested in sharing reflections and input on the topic of mutuality.
On Sunday, February 16, 2025, we found ourselves at the La Vignola Hostel in Cereglio (Bologna), in a day of
meeting between the Mag6 social base, the Open Fields Association network (hereafter CA) and the people who animate Rete
Appenninica (hereafter RA).
Through the “Theory of Change” elaborated over the past months, the participatory process
through which Mag6 and CA planned and put into practice the Mutual Aid Pact was highlighted, starting in particular
from the needs and goals of both realities: preconditions (what needs to happen
first), inputs (what do we put?), activities (what do we do?), outputs (what results do we generate?), outcomes
(what change do we generate in the target group?) and finally impact (what system change do we generate?).
After this articulate presentation, the many people in attendance divided into three groups to proceed with the “World Café,”
an effective method of initiating lively informal conversations by dividing the discussion into three thematic areas
addressed during the Mag6 – CA course:
