Who we are

We are “Al Confin,” an organic farm that has always made agroecology its raison d’être.
We began our journey twenty years ago and little by little we have grown, expanding the range of our products and also becoming an educational and social farm.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for two people who share our vision and are willing to commit to living the farm dimension on a daily basis.

These two people will be responsible for:

• Horticulture-breeding tasks
• Sales support, home delivery, product processing
• Support in educational and social farm activities and social management

You are the ideal candidates if

• You live near the farm (or are available for relocation)
• Do you have prior experience in the organic-regenerative horticultural field
• Do you have a desire to be part of a nascent community and sharing project to be developed together
• You are a couple
• Do you intend to commit to a long-term project

Who we are not looking for

People who are only looking for a temporary commitment, who have no agricultural experience or who want a bucolic interlude. We are not looking for employees.

What we offer

• Induction into the company and initial training paid for by the person, subsequent placement on an agricultural contract and then conversion to another form of community partnership
• Ability to work in self-management, coordinated with the team
• Opportunity to develop related and shared personal projects on the farm
