The Festival has reached its second appointment ! after the great success at its debut in May 2022, it is legitimate to bet on the growth of participation with the ambition that it becomes a national point of reference for the numerous themes that revolve around biodiverse and agroecological concepts and practices.
There will be three days of celebration, information, exchange and workshops with the presence of numerous guests: the contribution requested from WWOOF Italia members is to broaden the membership of the market scheduled for Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd.
Those of you who are interested in presenting your agricultural or artisanal productions or perhaps have an interest in proposing a workshop should read the letter that Chiara sent us and sign up as soon as possible!!
Good morning everyone,
I’m Chiara Degl’Innocenti from Rete Semi Rurali and I’m writing to invite you to take part in our “72 hours of Biodiversity” festival which, again this year, for its second edition, will take place from 20 to 22 May in Scandicci.
The program is being defined, but surely, alongside numerous activities and moments of dialogue and fun for young and old, a large market of organic and artisanal products to which we would be delighted if new farmers and new artisans joined.
In all likelihood this year the market will be hosted in the Parco dell’Acciaiolo , a green area in the center of Scandicci where, at the same time as the market, convivial meals, activities, conferences, workshops, entertainment for adults and children and concerts will take place. We were also evaluating the possibility of organizing the market over two days (Saturday 20 and Sunday 21) instead of just one (as was the case last year).
In this sense, we would like you to fill in the participation form as soon as possible, which will be free : no contribution will therefore be asked to the exhibitors for the space.
I look forward to your kind reply, which will be useful for us to better organize the times and spaces of the market, so that it is a good opportunity for visibility and sharing for everyone.
