After the gathering in Monte di Malo at Sabina’s, we had parted in the spring with a promise to organize a second meeting in Veneto soon, to give continuity to the themes that emerged on that day and for the pleasure of meeting again and being together. Meanwhile, other issues were added, and the need for a new meeting among local members then arose in the area.

This is the outline program, but the main purpose will remain to meet and to get to know each other: the participants will be free to propose topics and bring experiences, needs, problems.

9:30 a.m. Meet at Canizzano (TV), at Giampietro Danieli ‘s farm: welcome reception and coffee

10 a.m. Presentation circle: let’s network, mutual aid, solidarity.

11 a.m. our member Giorgio Albiero, returning from the “Seminaspi” sponsored by WWOOF Italy, will bring back some notions about natural hedges: their usefulness in agroecology, how to design them, how to plant them.

11:30 a.m . Let’s take a practical look at how to restore a hedge by taking a walk through the nearby Paia de Pasqua farm with owner Mattias

1:00 pm shared lunch: everyone brings something to put on the big communal table

14:30 Let’s talk about WWOOF Italy: sharing and discussion with Fabrizio, who is on the board and staff of WWOOF Italy:

-report on the fall meeting in Mirabella Eclano and the September international meeting in Canada

-proposals to bring to the national assembly in Fano ( March 1-3, 2024): questions, contributions, requests, concerns that members want to bring to the association’s attention
