save the date of the next WWOOF Italy gathering in Fano!

Villa Prelato in Fano has been confirmed as the venue for the 2024 gathering scheduled from Thursday, Feb. 29 to Sunday, March 3.

Since the last gathering, a lot of water has passed under the bridge: the Members most involved in association life had two more opportunities to meet and work in the summer in Cortona (AR) and in the fall in Rassecale (AV). In March 2024 we’ll meet in Fano, at the same venue of the 2022 and 2023 gathering, to continue with the activities started in the summer and fall meetings mentioned above.

In these years in WWOOF Italy we’ve dedicated lots of energy to the projects we support: the “Growing with Us” call for projects have reached their third year, and the Pergola School Garden has also experienced new phases. On 3 Dec. 2023, Vincenzo’s Oven will finally be inaugurated. We will have more insights on the ongoing projects at the 2024 gathering at Villa Prelato in Fano. There will also be space for new projects to be presented: WWOOF Italy is glad to sustain its members agroecological projects.

A reminder that the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, March 2, will be an elective one; the Board of Directors and the Board of Arbitrators are to be renewed. We hope for large participation: you will receive program and registration instructions in time.
